when i came across the article and pictures of this woman and her cabin in the new york times a while back, i almost had a conniption and as an afterthought, i wanted to invite myself over for tea. the images alone draw you in, but what’s more fascinating is that this space, located in the catskills, is only 9 by 14 feet and was completely renovated and redeorated for 3000 smack a roo’s!!! Her name is Sandra Foster, and she works in a lab. i have a feeling this woman knows exactly who she is. clearly a women with a panache for creativity, style and an eye towards shabby chic. what an inspiration of what you can do with literally any space you happen upon. now you really have no excuse….
