Hipp Trip has gone to the dogs, more specifically my Sarge and his favourite cause, the BCSPCA.

 ever thought of taking off to Nepal and focusing on your inner yogi…even become a teacher? well, let me tell you, in october there is a Yoga teacher training retreat in Nepal that is out of this world. The beautiful people who make this training program happen have generously offered to give up the deposit of the course to Project Sarge for the Vancouver SPCA. The cost of the Program is $1400 for 30 days for an amazing experience. You can check it out here.

Sarge’s story is probably similar to many rescues stories, it’s amazing. He came to me by chance as a foster dog who was scared and vulnerable, a shell of the dog he has become. Our bond was immediate and unconditional. He was meant to be in my life and I his and we both loved. I cannot think of the life Sarge may have had prior to me, but this only reminds me continually to do what i can to get these amazing creatures the beautiful homes they deserve. Sarge has given me more than i ever did him and in his honor i will continue to try and make this happen for other pets & owners
